This place offers a fantastic breakfast, is conveniently located near shopping and amazing restaurants, including a store in Ghitio, and other Greek Islands nearby, with incredibly nice staff.

I booked a room with a big bed, a personal safe, climate control and a mini bar. Location: the hotel was so close to the beach /~150m/ as well as Greece.

Overall the service was excellant.

Very professional check-in. Reasonable breakfast with good opening times. Internet access is free (even if notices in rooms need updating). Parking ok (restricted but we did not have issues in Aug).

Stairs to access the hotel reception, also one of the rooms was very small. Breakfast could do with full size toaster working for non pre-sliced bread.

Truly enjoyed my stay at the Palatino Hotel in Zakynthos Town. Had a very pleasant experience during the winter. - the central location near Solomos Square, shopping areas, coffee shops, cinema, and a cathedral was convenient. - the delicious breakfast with different desserts was a highlight. - the staff members were genuinely helpful and competent.
